We ship across India and to select international locations.

Domestic deliveries are handled through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express.

International orders are shipped via premium carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or other suitable global logistics partners.

2.⁠ ⁠Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (Monday–Saturday).
• Orders placed after 3 PM are processed on the next working day.
• During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

3.⁠ ⁠Domestic Delivery Timelines (India)

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 6-7 working days
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 9-10 working days
• Remote Areas: 6–10 working days

4.2 Delivery Timelines (International)

• Standard International Shipping: 10–15 working days
• Express International Shipping: 8–10 working days (if enabled)

Timelines may vary by destination, customs clearance, and courier capacity.

4.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country’s customs office.
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
• The customer is responsible for paying all applicable duties/taxes upon delivery.
• Customs delays are beyond our control.

4.4 International Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by country, weight, and service level (standard vs express).

The final fee will be displayed at checkout.

4.5 Return & Exchange (International Orders)

• International orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or wrong.
• In the case of defects, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping above ₹15,000
• COD Orders: A COD fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

6.⁠ ⁠Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipments

• COD is available for eligible Indian pin codes only.
• Pay the exact amount in cash at delivery; UPI/card acceptance depends on courier availability.
• Refusing COD orders may lead to restrictions on future COD use.

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates after dispatch.

 8.⁠ ⁠Delivery Attempts

• Couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times.
• If unreachable or unavailable, the package will be returned to us.
• A re-shipment can be initiated upon request; additional fees may apply.

9.⁠ ⁠Delays & Non-Delivery

We are not responsible for delays due to:

• Weather conditions
• Political unrest
• Courier issues
• Customs clearance (for international)
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

We will assist with courier coordination if needed.

10.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears tampered or damaged:

• Refuse the delivery, and

We’ll arrange a replacement as per our policy.

Changes can be made before dispatch.

Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
