RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bariqui, we take great care in ensuring that every garment is crafted with precision and delivered to you in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below.

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges only if the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The item is not part of a final sale, clearance, or promotional deal marked “non-returnable”.

Bariqui reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

  1. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and sustainability reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Customized or altered garments
  • Accessories 
  • International orders (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Orders with minor variations in colour due to screen differences

 

  1. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Please email us at support@bariqui.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Images of the product (front, back, and defect if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.

 

  1. Pick-Up & Reverse Logistics
  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup via our courier partners for eligible pin codes.
  • Pick-up attempts will be made 2–3 times.
  • If reverse pick-up is unavailable at your location, you may be asked to ship the item to our warehouse; shipping reimbursement will be communicated if applicable.

 

  1. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes our quality check.

 

Refund options include:

  • Store Credit (fastest & recommended)
  • Refund to original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank transfer (for COD orders)

 

Refund timelines:

  • Store Credit: 24–48 hours
  • Refund to source: 5–7 business days
  • Bank Transfer for COD: 3–5 business days after QC

 

If QC fails (used, damaged, altered), the item will be returned to you without refund.

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong item received

 

Exchange Conditions:

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size/product.
  • If the item is unavailable, it will be processed as a return/refund as per policy.

 

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

We will prioritise a free replacement or arrange a refund.

 

  1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

COD orders repeatedly cancelled may lead to COD restriction for future orders.

 

  1. International Orders
  • International orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product is defective upon arrival.
  • In the rare case of damage, notify us within 48 hours with photos and unboxing proof.
  • Duties and customs paid are non-refundable.
