At Bariqui, all online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, one of India’s leading PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. This ensures safe, encrypted, and seamless checkout for every customer.

We support all payment options available on Razorpay, including:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is offered through our delivery partners.

It will be available at checkout only for eligible pin codes.

2.⁠ ⁠Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• COD availability is based on courier-service coverage and may vary by location.
• A nominal COD handling fee may apply; this will be clearly shown at checkout.
• COD orders must be paid in cash to the delivery agent; UPI/card acceptance depends on courier capabilities.
• Maximum COD order value may be capped depending on courier restrictions.
• Orders refused at delivery may incur return shipping charges as per our Return Policy.
•         COD is not available on customised orders.

3.⁠ ⁠Secure Payment Processing

• All online transactions are encrypted and securely processed through Razorpay’s PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant system.
• Razorpay does not store card or payment details on our servers.
• Your personal and financial information remains fully protected.

4.⁠ ⁠Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after:

• Razorpay authorises the payment successfully, or
• COD is validated for your delivery pin code.

You will receive order details via email/SMS immediately after confirmation.

5.⁠ ⁠Payment Failures & Auto-Refunds

If a payment fails:

• The order will not be processed.
• If the amount is deducted , We will automatically refund it within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).

For COD, no online payment is required.

6.⁠ ⁠Pricing & Currency

All prices on www.bariqui.com are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise mentioned.

7.⁠ ⁠Fraud & Risk Checks

Bariqui reserves the right to:

• Disable COD for high-risk orders
• Request additional verification

Any cancellations will be communicated promptly, and refunds processed accordingly.

8.⁠ ⁠Refunds & Reversals

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be routed back through Razorpay to the original payment method.
• For COD orders where payment has been collected, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or Razorpay refund link, depending on the case.
• Refund timelines vary by bank/UPI provider.
